The principle
PC Santé analyses your computer on your computer. Your files, documents, passwords and browsing are never sent to ALTIVAX. We sell no data and show no advertising.
What we receive
- Licence (paid plans): the key (stored as a fingerprint), an anonymous fingerprint of the computer (computed from a few hardware identifiers, which cannot be recovered from it), activation and check dates, the PC Santé version. For refused attempts: the IP address and the reason. Purpose: checking that the licence is valid. Retention: the licence duration, then three years.
- Business console (Business plan only): computer name, health score, detected problems, Windows and PC Santé versions, and, for managers, name and e-mail address. Purpose: letting the manager follow the company’s computers. Each company only sees its own computers. Retention: the contract duration, then one year.
- Orders and support: name, phone, e-mail and the exchanges needed for the order or help. Retention: three years after the last contact, and the legal period for invoices.
Where the data is
On servers rented from OVH SAS in France, a country recognised by the CNDP as providing adequate protection. Exchanges are encrypted (HTTPS). Only ALTIVAX has access.
Your rights
You can request access to your data, its correction or deletion, and object to its processing on legitimate grounds, by writing to oyabir@altivax.com. You can also contact the CNDP (cndp.ma).
