In force as of [publication date]. These terms apply to any PC Santé licence order placed with ALTIVAX. In case of discrepancy, the French version prevails.
1. Purpose
ALTIVAX (see the legal notice) grants the customer a right to use the PC Santé software for Windows, according to the chosen plan. The software is not sold: the customer buys a licence to use it.
2. Plans and prices
- Free: diagnosis, health score, mini-display, notifications, remote help. No time limit.
- Premium: 1 computer, 149 MAD per year.
- Family: 3 computers, 299 MAD per year.
- Business: from 5 computers, 179 MAD per computer per year (149 MAD from 25 to 99 computers, on quote beyond), business console included.
Prices are in Moroccan dirhams [incl./excl. VAT: to be specified]. The renewal price equals the price shown on the renewal date; any increase is announced at least 30 days in advance.
3. Order, payment and delivery
Orders are placed by WhatsApp, phone or e-mail. After payment [terms to be specified], ALTIVAX gives the customer a personal licence key (format PCS-XXXXX-XXXXX-XXXXX-XXXXX), which constitutes delivery. The key is activated in PC Santé, Licence page; an Internet connection is required for activation.
4. Duration and end of the licence
The licence is valid for one year from its creation date. It is not renewed automatically. At its end, PC Santé goes back to the Free plan, without loss of the customer’s data. Two transfers to another computer are allowed per year, after first deactivating the licence on the old computer.
5. Right of withdrawal
In accordance with Moroccan Law No. 31-08 on consumer protection, a consumer customer has seven days from receiving the key to withdraw, without giving a reason. The licence is then revoked and the price refunded within thirty days.
6. Use and liability
PC Santé only performs planned actions, confirmed by the user when they close a program, restart the computer or delete files, and preceded by a Windows restore point. The customer remains responsible for backing up their data. ALTIVAX’s liability is limited to the amount paid for the current licence, except in case of gross negligence or wilful misconduct. Circumventing the licence system, reselling a key or decompiling the software is prohibited.

9. Governing law
These terms are governed by Moroccan law. In case of dispute, an amicable solution is sought first; failing that, the courts of Casablanca have jurisdiction, subject to consumer protection rules.
